Yes! All of our rental items are cleaned thoroughly. With our inflatables, we are committed to making sure that your children and family are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. Before each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness. 

With our audio visual and event rental items, they are cleaned and inspected before and after each rental to ensure they are in good working order and presentable for you.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children and family is our #1 priority.

We offer services for many different types of events. Our trained representatives can help you plan the best type of rentals and entertainment for your party!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with weights or sandbags.

Our inflatables, disc jockey systems, audio/visual items, and photo booths do require power.  We do ask that power not be further from the location than 100′.  If power is an issue at your location, we do also rent generators. For multiple items, we do ask that there be separate circuits to use.

We recommend making a reservation for your desired items as soon as you’ve decided on a date. This will give you the best chance at reserving the items or services that you want on your specific date. Items and services are booked on a first-come-first-served basis and do require a signed contract and deposit to hold.

We accept cash, check, debit cards and all major credit cards.

All of our inflatables are cleaned before EVERY EVENT with a special cleaner which is a disinfectant, fungicidal, and virucidal.  This is a commercial cleaner that is applied to vinyl surfaces and allowed to dry before our guests use the inflatable.  No disinfectant on the market today is rated against these new strains of viruses.  The best protection is good personal hygiene, including proper handwashing, respiratory hygiene, and distancing yourself.  Rocky Mountain Roll takes every precaution we can.  Your safety is our highest priority.
